Return Period

Eligibility for Returns

- In the same condition as received
- Unused and unworn
- With original tags attached
- In the original packaging

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or damage upon arrival, Mr. Leathers will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to change of mind or customer preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at contact@mrleathers.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and provide return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items
